Desa Wisata Kebangsaan Wonorejo dengan problematik diskriminasi agama.

Pada awalnya, Desa Wonorejo patut diacungi jempol sebagai desa dimana masyarakatnya merupakan masyarakat majemuk.
Wujut toleransi nampak jelas antara warga desa yang berbeda agama hidup rukun dan saling menghormati antara sesama umat beragama. Toleransi yang handal seakan hidup dalam kesatuan tentram.
Desa wonorejo, termasuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan Banyuputih Kabupaten Situbondo, bermasyarakat majemuk.
Masyarakat yang Lengkap dengan pemeluk agama Islam, Kristen, Katolik, Hindu dan Budha hidup berdampingan, aman membangun desa. Teringat ketika Nabi Muhammad membangun kota Madinah. Masyarakat bahu membahu membangun kota tanpa memandang Mereka dari agama apa atau agama mana? Saling dukung membentuk kota Murni dari masyarakat madani.
Kecilnya mirip Desa Wonorejo ini. Saling mengucap selamat pada perayaan masing masing agama dengan tentram damai. Ulama Islam silaturahmi pada Pendeta Kristen dan Juga sebaliknya. Mereka hidup saling menghormati antara Satu dan lainnya sesama umat beragama.
Sejuk perasaan menyaksikan akan hal ini.
     Tapi, pada suatu saat datanglah para pendatang berotak kerdil. Parahnya ada sebagian dari mereka adalah pendidik atau seorang guru. Mereka mulai mempermasalahkan keberadaan kaum nasrani, yang dikatakan kafir haram dan lain lain dan kemudian berbuntut intimidasi sekolahan sekolahan Sekolah Dasar Negri. Mereka mulai menghasut para murid dan orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anak anak mereka di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  negri. Jangan ke Sekolah Menengah Pertama kristen  yang menurut mereka haram sekolah pada sekolah kafir. Itu kenyataan yang ada.
Padahal mereka lupa Bahwa kendaraan mobil, speda motor, alat2 lain adalah produk orang orang kafir jika dipandang dari sudut pemikiran dangkal meraka.
Para guru negri mulai usaha nyelusup ke Sekolah sekolah dasar, tentunya dengan imbalan berapa rubu rupiah per murid yang didapat,agar lulusan mereka tidak daftar ke sekolah menengah pertama kristen. Menurut mereka sekolah kafir dan hukumnya haram. Konyolnya sebagian besar guru guru mereka lulusan sekolah nasrani. Lupa kacang akan kulitnya. Racun mulai menyebar kemana mana. NKRI tercabik. Diskriminasi berlaku tanpa ampun untuk kaum minoritas.
Mereka yang melantunkan diskriminasi tidak pernah berkaca, kendaraan apa yang mereka pakai? Honda dsb, avansa dsb adalah produk non muslim.
Mengapa mereka berpandangan pendek macam itu ,?
Jelas perlu diadakan sosialisasi intensif pada masyarakat wonorejo untuk diarahkan pada Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang berdasar Pancasila dengan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika .
Wonorejo sebagai Desa Wisata Kebangsaan boleh di tinjau ulang.

Obviously there needs to be intensive socialization of the Wonorejo community to be directed at the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila with Bhinneka Tunggal Ika.
